SEO Tera provides technical SEO audits, Google PageSpeed performance measurements, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) insights generated by artificial intelligence.
Informational Nature: All audit scores, priorities, AI-generated reports, and recommendations are provided strictly for informational and analytical purposes.
No Guarantees: SEO Tera does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, indexing speed, inclusion in AI search responses (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), or specific business/financial outcomes.
2. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree to use SEO Tera strictly in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms:
Authorized Auditing: You may submit URLs for auditing only if you own the website, have explicit permission from the owner, or are analyzing publicly available web pages.
Prohibited Activities: You strictly agree not to:
- Attempt to crawl or scan private networks, internal IP ranges, or password-protected resources.
- Overload, flood, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against third-party infrastructure or targeted websites.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security filters, or authentication controls.
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or scrape the core algorithms and platform infrastructure.
3. Subscription Plans, Credits & Payments
SEO Tera offers tiered usage options, managed via secure payment processors (including Stripe):
- Free Plan: Includes 3 lifetime credits/audits with basic result visibility.
- One-Time Package: Grants 20 audit credits upon purchase.
- Premium Monthly Plan: Provides 40 audits per billing cycle, renewing automatically via Stripe unless canceled.
- Rate Limits: System request rate limits (e.g., anti-abuse safeguards) operate independently of your account’s available audit credits.
4. Service Availability & Third-Party Dependencies
Public Web Restrictions: Some target websites may employ firewalls, bot blocks (e.g., Cloudflare), or robots.txt rules that prevent automated fetching. We reserve the right to reject unsafe, private, or unsupported network protocols.
Third-Party Availability: Features relying on Google PageSpeed Insights API, Supabase, or third-party AI LLMs depend on the uptime and availability of those third-party providers. SEO Tera is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third parties.
5. Account Management & Termination
Account Security: Accounts are authenticated via Supabase Auth. Passwords are encrypted server-side; administrators cannot view user passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Suspension: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, engaging in system abuse, or attempting unauthorized access.
